The 90 Days of Discipline initiative will lead a man to focus on the 4 areas of The Framework for Biblical Manhood: Spiritually Sound, Mentally Strong, Relationally Established, and Physically Fit.
During the 90 Days men are given a Daily Plan of Action (Posted in the 90 Days Group) designed to help them focus on each specific area and begin to intentionally work them into their day.
In addition to the Daily Plan of Action, men will receive a Weekly and Monthly Challenges to encourage each man to live outside of his comfort zone.
The 90 Days of Discipline program will run from January 1st-March 31st 2026
When you register for 90 Days of Discipline you will receive:
90 Days of Discipline T-Shirt (Delivered early February)
An invitation to the 90 Days of Discipline Facebook Community
An invitation to a monthly 90 Days of Discipline Zoom Call
An accountability group made up of men within the group
Daily plan of action
Weekly, & Monthly challenges (Posted within the group)
