The life of Judah in the book of Genesis is certainly an interesting one.

He was the 4th born child to the unloved wife, Leah, married to a man who was tricked into marrying her and was infatuated with her sister Rachel.

Judah was the one who turned entrepreneur when the debate of whether to kill or sell Joseph to Egypt.

In Genesis 38, he has an entire chapter devoted to his moral descent that seems to appear out of nowhere.

But finally, later in life, Judah draws the line in the sand and decides that his past will not determine his future, he is not going to live like that anymore.

This decision not only changes his life, it saves his families lives, and will put him on a path to receive a blessing that will last for all eternity.
